Welcome to Dogs Plus. If you're looking for a dog walker you can trust, and rely on, look no further. I founded Dogs Plus in 2018 after deciding to turn a lifelong passion for dogs into a career. 

A little insight into my history:

I come from a higher education background where I spent many years as a national Director of Education, within the private industry sector, overseeing the education for 3 Academies and 64 locations across the U.K. 

60-80+ hours working weeks were my norm!

Personal: 

In 2010,  48 hours apart, I received two separate cancer diagnosis. News like this had a very humbling way of forcing me to re-evaluate everything in my life. During my treatment and recovery, I realised corporate life was all consuming and that I needed to spend more time with family and friends, and I needed to spend my work life doing something I loved and was passionate about. (Life is too short to look back in regret).  In 2016, I then lost my sister to cancer. So, with a lot of planning, moving homes, and sheer determination, in 2018 Dogs Plus was born and I haven't looked back since. 

Experience:

Along with over 6 years of professional, hands-on experience working with dogs, I am certified in several animal care qualifications and I am a very experienced pet owner with a broad knowledge of pet care.  We are caring, compassionate and pride ourselves on providing our clients with the best service.

Other pets we have had over the years include: Rabbits, both full pedigree & rescue dogs, chickens, ducks, reptiles, kittens, puppies, blind, deaf and senior dogs, each with differing needs and personalities too.  So, we completely understand that you want only the most trustworthy dog walker who will offer the best possible, individual care for your pets. After all it's what they deserve.

We provide fun packed walks, to include exercise, basic training reinforcement, mental stimulation and care for your pets, along with updates and photos to reassure you of your pets safety and keep you up to date with your pets adventures.
